Appointments

Surgery hours

Every workday, the GPs have surgery hours in the morning and in the afternoon. If you wish to come to the surgery, you must always first make an appointment with the assistant:

If you call early in the morning, you can usually come to the surgery on the same day.

If your own GP is absent or if the surgery hours are fully booked, you can be seen by one of the other GPs that are in.

If you have seen a GP for the same complaint before, we recommend you make an appointment with this GP.

If you have multiple complaints or questions, please say so when you make your appointment. The assistant will then dedicate extra time for you.

Phone back service

You can also inform the assistant you would like the doctor to phone you back. If you phone early, you will be phoned back the same day.

Home visits

If you need a doctor but are unable to come to the surgery yourself, you can arrange with the assistant for the doctor to visit you at home. If you arrange a home visit before 10:00, the doctor will visit you on the same day.

Hospital visits

We aim to keep in touch with you when you have been admitted into hospital. Please do not hesitate to phone the assistant to arrange a hospital visit.
